The diamonds are small, but I think that doesn't detract from it. It looks stunning on. The only thing that I didn't see in any review is that the mother of pearl face can be pinkish -- I suspect it might depend on the individual watch. Mine was pinker than I expected but I am still keeping and enjoying the watch.
